The shape of the firm has stayed the same: small, senior, advisory plus build.
Enterprise Sight was founded in 2023 by Michael Reed, a CIO and CTO with twenty-five years inside Fortune 500 enterprises. The original idea was a small firm of senior practitioners who’d seen enough enterprise IT to help with the problems internal teams couldn’t yet staff for.
That shape has held since the start. What’s changed is the problem on the table. Cloud, then data, then AI integration, now keeping AI under control: what it costs, what it is allowed to do, and the record it leaves.

Where we work
Vendor-neutral by design
Most firms in this space have partner programs. They get paid by the cloud provider, the LLM vendor, or the platform they recommend. The architecture they sell you bends toward that incentive.
We don't have those programs. Mosaic works with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and local models, and the architecture we recommend serves your stack. Use one provider for one workload and another for the next. Mosaic applies the same policy, budget and audit trail to both.
We don't sell this as a virtue. It's structural. Every recommendation has to stand on technical merit. There's nothing else holding it up.
